Katherine Daniels, LLC, is a law firm that has been practicing intellectual property law, media law, and privacy law in the state of New York since 2009. Our senior lawyer, Katherine Daniels, is a premier litigator who has been in practice since 1991. She has more than two decades of litigation experience working at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and BahnMulter LLP, and as counsel in the Tendy Law Office. She also served as in-house counsel to Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., one of the largest publishers of magazines and online content in the United States.
